This chart is interactive (plays sounds). It’s a great to check sounds quickly to make sure your pronunciation is on target.

There are also mouth charts available to show how the tongue, lips, etc. should be placed in making sounds, but they are not so easy to acquire. There is an APP called Sounds of Speech available for iPhone and Android. It costs 20 RMB however and many students have told me that their store doesn’t have it. I am always looking for mouth charts though and hope to find some free ones soon.
